We had had quite a bit of snow (which provided me with a good photo of Bologna), and when I travelled from Bologna on Tuesday, I wondered how far I would manage to get! I took a bus that went via Rimini and Urbino (the latter looked very pretty - maybe another visit...) and I arrived in Perugia. I am now staying with friends I made last summer. I have been helping with some odd jobs, like painting!

Born in England, travelled much as a child. Went to Florida alone at 18 and then a year later went to a monastery called Taize in France where I was so touched by the love I found there that I said to God I wanted to give the rest of my life to Him, and became a Christian. I had a tangible experience of Him with me. A few days after that I went interrailing around Europe. My rucksack was stolen and I immediately learnt to trust God for provision. Have had many great experiences travelling and discovering how God looks after me and brings me into great situations (and out of some others!). I've got so many stories of travelling that I decided to share some of my travelling experiences through this blog.
