One Big Family

On my visitors book I had a message left from someone called Amy, and she said could we meet up as I was the only person they knew in Skopje. I was trying hard to remember who it could be (I could only think of two Amys and I knew it wasn't either of them). Anyway, she was passing through on a mission trip to Kosovo. I sent her an email, gave my mobile number and got an email reply saying when she was coming, then heard no more.

So today, as I was going to the office, I stopped at the youth hostel and discovered this Amy was there. I'd never met her before! She had found my blog on the internet and discovered I was a Christian and that was all. Anyway, at least I was able to help her catch her bus and send her on her way; and prayed for her mission in Kosovo. It made me realise that God's family is one big family all over the world, and sometimes your paths cross with other family members.

N. Irish Team

We've had a team here from a church in northern Ireland, serving with our church. I took them to the University to see around - now most of the students are finishing so it was quite quiet.

They also went to Ohrid, so i thought I'd include a couple of their pictures. A traditional Macedonian dance:

Some general shot of Ohrid, looking beautiful as usual:
